We want you to feel good about trying Magic Brain Dust. If it’s not the right fit for you, we offer a limited first-order return policy, outlined below.
Eligibility
- First-time customers only
- One pouch per household
- Returns requested within 30 days of delivery
To Qualify for a Refund
- The product must be returned to us
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- At least 5 unused stick packs must be included in the return
- The return must be approved before being sent back
Products returned with fewer than 5 unused stick packs are not eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
